Bookings & Payments
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date. The remaining balance is due on the day of the photoshoot. Session dates are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred once to a new date (subject to availability).

Image Use
All images captured by BeaBae Photography are protected by copyright. Clients receive personal-use rights only — meaning you can print, share, and post your photos for personal enjoyment, but not use them for commercial or promotional purposes without written consent.

Digital Files & Prints
Digital files and print orders are delivered after full payment has been received. BeaBae Photography is not responsible for print quality from third-party printers not recommended by us.

Creative Direction
By booking, you agree to the photographer’s style and creative approach. Minor editing (lighting, colour correction, and touch-ups) is included. Additional retouching requests may incur extra charges.

Liability
While all care is taken during your session, BeaBae Photography is not liable for unforeseen circumstances, equipment failure, or acts of nature that prevent completion of the shoot.
