Terms of service.

1. Agreement
By booking a session or purchasing digital or print products from BeaBae Photography, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all website visitors, clients, and customers.

2. Services
BeaBae Photography provides professional photoshoots in Perth and surrounding areas, including portrait, maternity, baby, and birthday sessions. Session details, duration, and inclusions will be confirmed at the time of booking.

3. Payments
A 30% deposit secures your booking and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due on the day of your shoot. Failure to pay the balance may result in cancellation of your booking and loss of deposit.

4. Deliverables
Digital images and prints will be delivered once full payment is received. Delivery timelines may vary depending on editing workload, printing, and order size, but BeaBae Photography will keep you informed throughout the process.

5. Copyright & Usage
All images remain the intellectual property of BeaBae Photography. Clients are granted personal-use rights only. Commercial use, editing, or resale of images is prohibited without written permission.

6. Photographer Rights
BeaBae Photography reserves the right to use selected images for marketing, portfolio, and social media purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the session.

7. Rescheduling & Cancellations
Reschedules are allowed with at least 48 hours’ notice. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new session date, subject to availability.

8. Limitation of Liability
BeaBae Photography takes all reasonable precautions during shoots but is not liable for loss, damage, injury, or failure caused by circumstances beyond control (such as illness, weather, or equipment failure).

9. Acceptance
By booking or purchasing from BeaBae Photography, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms of Service.
